Riley was soooo over having people around- all she wanted was a NAP! Daddy had tried to set her on the other side of Aunt Jenna right before this picture was taken- hence the pouty face- she wanted her Daddy!
No words can express how cute Riley and Amity are together- Riley gets the biggest kick holding Amity and asks to hold her several times a day...Of course I can't help taking a few pictures.

I think it's still sinking in that Ami is a real person not just a really pretty baby doll. Riley is amazed when Amity reaches out and touches her face, and she thinks any burp, hiccup, cough or sneeze from little Amity is absolutely hilarious. She is still not a huge fan of Amity's cries, but she is getting better about not melting down along with her- she's so empathetic.
Riley now officially says "Ami" when she's talking about the baby- it's a new favorite word. "Ami" "da baby" "ami ami ami"... She is talking up a storm since Amity's arrival, atleast 5 or 6 (no exageration) new words a day-it's incredible!
